Having done my level 2 Counselling Skills and just completed level 3 of Counselling Studies with RSPCT I can truly say it has opened my eyes and understanding to what counselling truly is and highlighted the theories that support the counselling work. I have been stretched in different ways throughout the course and have enjoyed the journey of self-discovery. Having great peers and tutors has made this experience an enjoyable one. I'm looking forward to completing my journey by continuing unto level 4 to become a qualified Counsellor.
"My level 3 journey went by super fast, leaving me very self-aware about my patterns of relating with others. Learning about theory was truly inspiring,
I am shy by nature, but the friendly atmosphere created by the tutors and group members made me feel at ease. This helped me immensely in gaining confidence.
I would highly recommend Reaching Solutions PCT to anyone who is looking for a 1st class training centre."
"I joined the level 3 course a new student to a class that had mostly completed level 2 together. Both tutors and fellow students were accommodating and I felt there was a ready made space for me to fit In. Although it was difficult learning from a distance, collectively we managed to finish successfully.
I have ended the course with knowledge of theories that fall under the Humanistic and Psychodynamic umbrella. Additionally I have learnt how to apply these theories to myself to promote positive changes to my lifestyle."
"Thank you for playing such a prominent role in guiding me along my journey. You have been an inspiration along this path":
"This experience has taught me so much about myself & others. I have grown so much as a person and gained so much knowledge through this learning experience it has been invaluable to me. I was unsure how I would cope when I first started at Level 2 I had low confidence in my academic ability but my tutor gave me the confidence and encouragement, she assured me that it was not based solely on academia and that I should "trust the process" - that quote kept me going through the challenges and I am so grateful. It was amazing to go through this process with m peers together and feels almost spiritual on reflection. I am so glad that my tutor encouraged me to push through and I love her style of teaching, she has an amazing gift and has inspiried me for my future - I am forever grateful!"
